Our Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs) improve people’s health, cognitive function, productivity and wellbeing by enhancing indoor air quality (IAQ) in homes and buildings of every type. This is done energy-efficiently, cost-effectively and sustainably via fifth-generation, static-plate, enthalpy-core ERVs and Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS) that reuse otherwise-wasted energy to condition incoming outdoor air.

RenewAire ERVs can be applied in commercial, institutional and educational buildings of every type, size and location. Our ERVs are simple to install, offer high reliability, are incredibly flexible and optimize energy efficiency and savings. Further, as buildings become more airtight, RenewAire ERVs provide the cleaner and healthier indoor air necessary to enhance IAQ.

Single/Multi-Family

Increased airtightness of homes and human activity indoors cause deficient IAQ, resulting in health problems and cognitive impairment for occupants, especially children and the elderly. Affordable and sustainable RenewAire ERVs can be installed easily in homes of every type (new construction or renovation projects) to enhance IAQ and save energy, thus improving occupants’ wellbeing.

Applied

Customizable to your project requirements, the CA/PA cabinets can be integrated within Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products or decentralized with remote exhaust and supply air fans. Units are insulated with optional double-wall construction. Filter options include MERV 8 or MERV 13 efficiencies. CA cabinets can be installed indoors or out, while PA cabinets are for indoors only.

DOAS

RenewAire’s DOAS effectively conditions outdoor air with efficient and sustainable technology. By enabling HVAC units to operate independently, depending on building load, our DOAS unit with fixed-plate energy recovery, innovative cooling and heating features and hot-gas reheat will optimize your ventilation strategy, downsize equipment, decrease capital costs and realize significant operating savings.
